Abstract
Završnim radom se htjelo prikazati sto su to pametne zgrade. Opisano je što je to sustav za upravljanje energijom te njegova konstrukcija i komponente. Objašnjena je funkcija uređaja koji čine BMS. Prikazan je primjer zgrade poduzetničkog inkubatora u Vinkovcima koja sadrži suvremeni sustav za upravljanje energijom.
Abstract (english)
The final work wanted to show what smart buildings are. It describes what an energy management system is and its construction and components. The function of the devices that make up the BMS is explained. An example of a business incubator building in Vinkovci, which contains a modern energy management system, is presented.
