Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje metode ispitivanja fotonaponskih elektrana u praksi te nedostatke i kvarove koji se mogu otkriti pojedinom metodom. Opisane su fizikalne osnove fotonaponskih modula, PN spoj i fotonaponski efekat. Navedena su i tehnička svojstva fotonaponskih panela, najčešće upotrebljeni materijali pri proizovdnji fotonaponskih ćelija, postupak proizdovnje te princip rada fotonaponske ćelije. Također definirani su fotonaponski sustavi, njihova osnovna podjela te dijelovi svake fotonaponske elektrane. Nadalje, u radu su detaljno opisane glavne metode ispitivanja fotonaponskih elektrana u praksi: vizualni pregled fotonaponskih modula, ispitivanje pomoću I-U karakterstike, testiranje infracrvenom termografijom te ispitivanje elektroluminiscencijom. Istaknute su karateristike ovih testiranja te kvarovi i nepravilnosti koji se mogu identificirati pojedinom metodom ispitivanja. Svi teorijski dijelovi upotpunjeni su formulana, tablicama i slikama iz prakse.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the methods of testing photovoltaic power plants in practice and the defects and faults that can be detected by a particular method. The physical basis of photovoltaic modules, the PN junction and the photovoltaic effect are described. The technical properties of photovoltaic panels, the most commonly used materials in the production of photovoltaic cells, the production process and the principle of operation of photovoltaic cells are also listed. Photovoltaic systems, their basic division and parts of each photovoltaic power plant are also defined. Furthermore, the paper describes in detail the main methods of testing photovoltaic power plants in practice: visual inspection of photovoltaic modules, testing using I-U characteristics, testing with infrared thermography and testing with electroluminescence. The characteristics of these testing failures and irregularities that can be identified by a particular testing method are highlighted. All theoretical parts are completed with formulas, tables and pictures from practice.
