Abstract
Zadatak ovog rada je izrada i testiranje polarnog 3D pisača. Omogućuje jednostavniju i bržu izradu proizvoda te smanjuje vrijeme čekanja pri izradi prototipa proizvoda. Prisutni su u približno svim industrijskim granama od medicine do vojske. Tehnologija ispisa FFF koja je izabrana u radu koristi materijale niže temperature taljenja, najčešće PLA i ABS plastika. Konstrukcija pisača izrađena je od aluminijskih profila kako bi se osigurala sama čvrstoća konstrukcije i duži vijek trajanja. Koristi se ATmega2560 procesor te Nema 17 koračni motori pogonjeni A4988 driverima motora. Na upravljačkoj ploči instaliran je Marlin ugradbeni sustav koji je zaslužan za sveukupno upravljanje pisača i čitanje G-koda. Temperature podloge i ispisne glave očitavaju se preko senzora na njima, a prvobitno se postavljaju u slicer-u. Testiranje pisača provodi se uzastopnim ispisom kalibracijske kocke uz konstantnu ambijentnu temperaturu.
Abstract (english)
The task of this work is construction and testing of polar 3D printer. It enables simpler and faster product creation and reduces the waiting time when creating a product prototype. They are present in almost all industrial branches from medicine to the military. The FFF printing technology chosen in the paper uses materials with a lower melting temperature, most often PLA and ABS plastic. The construction of the printer is made of aluminum profiles to ensure the strength of the construction and a longer service life. It uses an ATmega2560 processor and Nema 17 stepper motors powered by A4988 motor drivers. Marlin firmware is installed on the control board, which is responsible for overall printer management and G-code reading. The build plate and printhead temperatures are read via sensors on them and are initially set in the slicer. The printer is tested by repeatedly printing the calibration cube at a constant ambient temperature.
