Abstract	Ovaj rad obrađuje analizu zamjene postojećih fluorescentnih izvora LED tehnologijom koja ima za cilj proučiti prednosti i nedostatke zamjene tradicionalnih fluorescentnih svjetiljki novom LED tehnologijom. U radu je obrađen povijesni razvoj izvora svjetlosti od prve pojave vatre sve do tehnoloških najučinkovitijih svjetlećih dioda. Detaljno je objašnjena građa fluorescentnih izvora svijetla, njihov redoslijed sastavljanja, te pogon i rad uz pomoć startera i prigušnica. Objašnjen je i princip rada, te primjena trenutnih FLU izvora svjetla. Nadalje, u radu je opisan princip nastajanja svijetla svjetlećih dioda, koji se materijali koriste za izradu LED-a, njihova trenutna podjela te je opsežno opisan razvoj LED tehnologije. U konačnici, razrađena je analiza otkaza prigušnice FLU rasvjete, što je i povod ovom radu, neophodni plan korektivnih radnji, modeliranje novog LED sustava inicijalnom analizom primjenom Schrack solo LED 1x55 W 840 6000 lm, te postupak ugradnje novih svjetiljki i provedbu mjerenja osvjetljenja korištenjem digitalnog mjernog instrumenta UNITEST Digital Luxmeter 93408.
Abstract (english)	This paper examines the analysis of replacing existing fluorescent sources with LED technology, with the aim of studying the advantages and disadvantages of replacing traditional fluorescent lamps with new LED technology. The paper covers the historical development of light sources from the first occurrence of fire to the most technologically efficient light-emitting diodes. The structure of fluorescent light sources is explained in detail, including their assembly order, operation, and functioning with the help of starters and ballasts. The working principle and current applications of fluorescent light sources are also explained. Furthermore, the paper describes the principle of light generation in light-emitting diodes, the materials used to make LEDs, their current classification, and extensively covers the development of LED technology. Ultimately, an analysis of ballast failures in fluorescent lighting is conducted, which is the motivation for this study, along with the necessary corrective action plan, modeling of a new LED system through initial analysis using the Schrack solo LED 1x55W 840 6000lm, and the procedure for installing new luminaires and conducting lighting measurements using the UNITEST Digital Luxmeter 93408.
