Abstract
Cilj završnoga rada bio je smisliti, projektirati, realizirati i testirati pokretnu traku sa sustavom za mjerenjem dimenzija i sortiranjem objekata u svoje predviđene spremnike. Napisana je povijest, te prednosti i mane automatiziranja pokretnih traka. Objašnjen je teorijski zamisao rada pokretne trake, pa tako i teorijsko sklopovsko i programsko rješenje. Cijeli projekt bazira se na STM32 mikroupravljaču koji je isprogramiran s pomoću razvojnog okruženja Arduino. Projekt se sastoji se od tri dijela, pokretne trake, mjernih stanica i stanica za sortiranje predmeta.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to conceive, design, implement and test a conveyor belt system for measuring dimensions and sorting objects into their designated containers. The history, advantages and disadvantages of automating conveyor belts were documented. The theoretical concept of conveyor belt operation, as well as the theoretical hardware and software solutions were explained. The entire project is based on the STM32 microcontroller, programmed using the Arduino development environment. The project consists of three parts: the conveyor belt, measurement stations and sorting stations.
