Abstract
Diplomski rad analizira izazove ugradnje split klima uređaja, s posebnim naglaskom na mono split sustave. Glavni problem koji se razmatra odnosi se na izazovnost postupka ugradnje zbog nužnosti pridržavanja specifičnih regulativa kako bi se osigurala dugovječnost i učinkovitost sustava. U radu su detaljno opisane tehničke i mehaničke komponente split klima uređaja, kao i različite vrste radnih tvari te njihov utjecaj na okoliš. Posebna pažnja posvećena je pravilnom spajanju cijevi pertlovanjem i vakuumiranju sustava, što je ključno za osiguranje nepropusnosti. U radu, istaknuto je korištenje pravilnog zateznog momenta tijekom montaže, povezivanje klima uređaja na elektroinstalaciju te provjera sustava nakon ugradnje kako bi se osigurala optimalna funkcionalnost. Rad analizira ekološke aspekte korištenih radnih tvari i prezentira najnovije tehnologije koje doprinose poboljšanju energetske učinkovitosti i smanjenju ekološkog otiska. Kroz praktične primjere i fotodokumentaciju prikazani su ključni koraci u postupku ugradnje, uključujući odabir lokacije za unutarnju i vanjsku jedinicu. Postignuti rezultati ukazuju na visoku razinu energetske učinkovitosti i isplativost korištenja split klima uređaja za grijanje, što ih čini atraktivnim izborom za stambene objekte.
Abstract (english)
The thesis analyzes the challenges of installing split air conditioning systems, with a particular focus on mono split systems. The main issue discussed is the complexity of the installation process due to the necessity of adhering to specific regulations to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the system. The thesis provides a detailed description of the technical and mechanical components of split air conditioning systems, as well as various types of refrigerants and their environmental impact. Special attention is given to the proper connection of pipes through flaring and system vacuuming, which is crucial for ensuring leak-tightness. The thesis emphasizes the importance of using the correct torque during installation, connecting the air conditioner to the electrical system, and testing the system after installation to ensure optimal functionality. It also analyzes the ecological aspects of the refrigerants used and presents the latest technologies that contribute to improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Through practical examples and photo documentation, the key steps in the installation process are illustrated, including the selection of locations for the indoor and outdoor units. The results obtained indicate a high level of energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness of using split air conditioning systems for heating, making them an attractive choice for residential buildings.
