Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema sustava upravljanja i nadzora procesa skladištenja tekućeg fluida, s posebnim fokusom na implementaciju aplikacije koja korisnicima omogućava vizualizaciju i simulaciju tog sustava. U radu je detaljno objašnjena potreba za modeliranjem tehničkog sustava, razrađen je matematički model za dani proces i eksperimentalno su određeni njegovi parametri. Dobiveni model uspoređen je sa stvarnim podatcima kako bi se potvrdila njegova valjanost i analizirala njegova mogućnost točne aproksimacije stvarnog procesa. Nadalje, obuhvaćena je analiza modela i opis metoda za sintezu regulatora, uz korištenje RLS algoritma za prilagodbu modela u stvarnom vremenu. Također, opisana je programska podrška koja uključuje komunikacijske servise, bazu podataka, aplikacijsko programsko sučelje i web aplikaciju. Ova podrška omogućava dvosmjernu komunikaciju između PLC-a i servera, prikupljanje, slanje i pohranu podataka. Glavne funkcionalnosti web aplikacije obuhvaćaju simulaciju rada postrojenja i sintezu upravljačkih algoritama.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the topic of fluid storage process management and control system is addressed, with a special focus on the implementation of an application that allows users to visualize and simulate the system. The need for modeling the technical system is thoroughly explained, and a mathematical model for the given process is developed with its parameters determined experimentally. The obtained model is compared with real data to validate its accuracy and analyse its capability to accurately approximate the real process. Furthermore, the analysis of the model and the description of the methods for the synthesis of the controllers are included, with the use of the RLS algorithm for real-time model adjustment. Additionally, software support is described, which includes communication services, database, application programming interface and web application. This software enables bidirectional communication between the PLC and the server, data collection, transmission and storage. The main functionalities of the web application include simulating plant operation and the synthesis of the control algorithms.
