Abstract
U ovom radu detaljno su obrađeni multimetri, s posebnim naglaskom na analogne i digitalne multimetre. Opisani su principi rada analognog multimetra s pomičnim svitkom i permanentnim magnetom te analognog multimetra s pomičnim željezom. Također je objašnjen princip rada digitalnog multimetra, uz analizu ključnih komponenti poput A/D pretvornika. U radu su razmotrene vrste mjernih pogrešaka, mjerne opsege te oznake i simboli koji se koriste na ovim uređajima. Posebna pažnja posvećena je prednostima i nedostacima različitih tipova multimetara, pružajući cjelovit pregled njihove primjenjivosti u različitim inženjerskim i mjeriteljskim okruženjima. U konačnici, u praktičnom dijelu rada provedena su eksperimentalna mjerenja koristeći digitalne multimetre različitih proizvođača, čime su provjerene deklarirane značajke ovih uređaja u stvarnim uvjetima primjene.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides a detailed overview of multimeters, with a special focus on both analog and digital multimeters. The principles of operation of an analog multimeter with a moving coil and permanent magnet, as well as an analog multimeter with moving iron, are described. Additionally, the principle of operation of a digital multimeter is explained, along with an analysis of key components such as the A/D converter. The paper also covers different types of measurement errors, measurement ranges, and the symbols and markings used on these devices. Special attention is given to the advantages and disadvantages of various types of multimeters, offering a comprehensive review of their applicability in different engineering and metrology environments. Finally, the practical part of the paper includes experimental measurements using digital multimeters from different manufacturers, verifying the declared features of these devices under real-life conditions.
