Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu analiziran je utjecaj degradacije fotonaponskih modula na performanse fotonaponskih elektrana. U prvom dijelu rada, kroz teorijsku podlogu, obrađeni su procesi povezani s fotonaponskim sustavima, poput pretvorbe sunčeve energije u električnu, karakteristike modula te uzroci degradacije. Drugi dio rada obuhvaća eksperimentalnu analizu dvaju različitih modula ET-M572200WW i BISOL BMU-250 i njihove performanse kroz deset godina. Rezultati pokazuju da je degradacija modula značajno utjecala na nazivnu snagu, ali se pravilnim održavanjem može smanjiti. Simulacije pomoću PV*SOL premium softvera dodatno su potvrdile ove rezultate, naglašavajući važnost kvalitete modula i okoline u kojoj su postavljeni.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes the impact of photovoltaic (PV) module degradation on the performance of solar power plants. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical overview of photovoltaic systems, including the conversion of solar energy to electricity, module characteristics, and degradation causes. The second part presents an experimental analysis of two different modules ET-M572200WW and BISOL BMU-250 over a ten-year period. The results indicate that degradation significantly affects module efficiency but can be mitigated with proper maintenance. Simulations using PV*SOL premium software further confirmed these findings, emphasizing the importance of module quality and the environmental conditions of installation.
