Abstract
U završnom radu opisani su svi važni procesi pri proizvodnji šečera u tvornici šečera Osijek.Svi procesi su pojedinačno objašnjeni kako bi imali bolji uvid u proces prerade sirovina u konačni produkt šečernu repu.Opisanu su također i svi električni strojevi koji su potrebni za za taj cijelokupan proces.
Abstract (english)
The final paper describes all the important processes in the manufacture of sugar in sugar factory Osijek.All processes are explained individually in order to have a better insight into the process of raw materials to the final product of sugar beet. Describes includ all electrical machines which are needed for this whole process.
