Abstract
Cilj je modelirati proces kontinuiranog lijevanja s naglaskom na razinu tekućeg čelika u kalupu, uzimajući u obzir efekte izvijanja i ekscentričnosti valjanja. Model uključuje proces lijevanja koristeći razdjelnik s čepnom motkom gdje su dimenzije kalupa promjenjive. Izgrađen je računalni simulator pogodan za implementaciju na programibilnom logičkom upravljaču, gdje se rezultati simulacije prikazuju na korisničkom sučelju. Proces je modeliran na dva načina, gdje u jednome ulazni protok kalupa ovisi o karakteristici čepne motke, dok u drugome ovisi o matematičkom modelu razdjelnika i čepne motke, uzimajući u obzir težinu tekućeg čelika u razdjelniku. Neželjeni efekti izvijanja i ekscentričnosti valjanja modelirani su kao sinusni poremećaji specifičnih amplituda i frekvencija razine čelika u kalupu. U svrhu identifikacije poremećajnih veličina implementiran je FFT algoritam s vizualizacijom na korisničkom sučelju. Implementirani algoritam upravljanja simulatorom (i procesom u stvarnosti) je kaskadna PID regulacija razine čelika i ventila čepne motke.
Abstract (english)
The goal is to model a continuous casting process with an emphasis on the mold liquid steel level, taking into account the effects of bulging and roll eccentricity. The model incorporates a casting process using a stopper rod controlled tundish with variable mold dimensions. A computer simulator suitable for programmable logical controller implementation is built, where the simulation results are displayed on the user interface. The process is modeled in two ways in regard to mold inlet flow, first way the flow depends on the stopper rod characteristic, whereas the second way flow depends on the mathematical model of a stopper rod tundish considering the weight of liquid steel located in the tundish. The side effects of bulging and roll eccentricity were modeled as sinusoidal disturbances with specific amplitudes and frequencies of the mold steel level. For the purpose of identifying disruptive magnitudes an FFT algorithm with the user interface visualization was implemented. The simulator (and the process) control algorithm used is a cascade PID control of steel level and the stopper rod valve.
