Abstract
U diplomskom radu izrađena je regulacija hidrauličkih cilindara, prilikom čega se najviše pozornosti posvetilo kontroli regulacije pozicije i kontroli regulacije nagiba. Ti parametri ovise o postotku otvorenosti proporcionalnog ventila koji se dobiva iz zadanog nagiba i otvorenosti ventila. Sustav se sastoji od linearne rampe, čiji se izlaz ciklički šalje na PID regulator gdje se vrši regulacija pozicije u zatvorenoj petlji. HMI korisničkim sučeljem, koji je izrađen u WinCC programskom paketu, moguće je upravljati sustavom te se mogu pratiti procesne veličine. Diplomski rad uključuje razvoj programske podrške i simulaciju u Step 7, SCADA aplikaciju u Simatic WinCC te upravljačku aplikaciju sa vizualizacijom u razvojnom okruženju CoDeSys.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, a control program for position control of hydraulic cylinders was developed. Emphasis was placed on position and angle regulation control. These parameters are dependent on proportional valves openness, being calculated from the given angle and the cylinder gap. The system consists of an S-curve ramp, whose output value is being cyclically forwarded to a PID regulator where the position control is performed in the closed loop. System control is enabled via the HMI user interface created in the WinCC software package. It is also possible to monitor process variables via the HMI interface. The paper includes software development and the simulation in Step 7, SCADA application in Simatic WinCC and a control application with the visualization in CoDeSys development environment.
