Abstract
U ovom radu je opisana maketa pokretne trake. Rad se sastoji od dva dijela, opis simulacije pokretne trake i opis makete pokretne trake. Prvi dio opisuje simulacija rada motora i enkodera, te sustava za praćenje proizvoda. Sustav praćenja proizvoda jako je bitan u automatizaciji pogona. Omogućava nadzor proizvoda kao i pravovremeno reagiranje u slučaju kvara ili nesreće. Simulacija je napravljena u programskom okruženju CoDeSys. Osim kreiranja programa CoDeSys omogućuje i stvaranje sučelja za praćenje i upravljanje simulacijom, odnosno vizualizaciju simulacije. U drugom dijelu je opisan postupak izrade makete pokretne trake i programa korištenjem Simatic manager-a. Maketa se sastoji od tri sekvence koje su pogonjene s tri istosmjerna motora i četiri infracrvena senzora za davanje pozicije. Za upravljanje maketom se koristi Siemensov PLC iz serije S7-400.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes conveyor belt model. The thesis consists of two parts - description of simulation and model of conveyor belt. First part describes motors and encoder simulations and also product tracking system. Product tracking system is very important for system automation, because it allows supervision of products and timely response in case of fault or accident. The simulation was made in CoDeSys programming environment. Except for creating the software, CoDeSys allows making an interface for monitoring and managing the simulation, in fact visualisation of simulation. Second part describes process of creating conveyor belt model and software using Simatic Manager. The model consists of three sequences which are driven by three DC motors and four infrared position signaling sensors. Siemens PLC from series S7-400 is used for model management.
