Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je proces proizvodnje piva te je napravljena regulacijska staza za parametriranje regulatora kiselgur filtra. Parametri regulatori su projektirani Ziegler Nicholsovom metodom te Cohen Coon metodom. U programskom paketu matlab raspisan je kod oba sustava te su u simulinku blokovski dizajnirani sustavi. Dobiveni odzivi od oba tipa regulatora se uspoređuje te se odlučuje koji je povoljniji u ovom slučaju za regulaciju. Drugi dio praktičnoga dijela ja izrada braumat sustava kieselgur filtra za postojeće postrojenje u Meksiku te programiranje sustava.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the proces of beer brewing is described and the regulation path for the parametrization of the kiselgur filter regulator is made. The regulator parameters were designed using the Ziegler-Nichols methode and the Cohen Coon method. In the program package matlab the code of both the regulation paths is written and in simulink the systems are designed in a block scheme. The responses obtained from both types of regulatora are compared and then comes the decision which regulator is more favorable in this case of regulation. The second part of the practical assignment is the creation of a braumat kiselguhr filter system for the an existing plant in Mexico and the programming of the system.
